In every case you are simply adding our email address to a tool you already own. Nothing is transferred and nothing changes hands. Here is how to do each one.
-
1
Google Analytics (GA4)
Role: EditorSo we can track enquiries and see which campaigns bring you leads.
- Sign in at analytics.google.com.
- Click Admin, the gear icon at the bottom left.
- Under the property column, click Property access management.
- Click the blue + at the top right, then Add users.
- Paste our email, choose Editor under Standard roles, then click Add.
If you see Account and Property columnsUse the Property column, not the Account one. Account level access is broader than we need, and property level is what lets us report on the right website.

2
Google Search Console If you have it
Permission: FullSo we can see the search terms people actually use to find you, and catch technical problems early.
- Sign in at search.google.com/search-console and select your website at the top left.
- Click Settings in the left menu.
- Click Users and permissions.
- Click Add user, paste our email, set permission to Full, then Add.
Not sure if you have itPlenty of businesses do not, and that is fine. Skip this step and tell us, and we will set it up with you. It is free and it is worth having.

3
Google Tag Manager If you have it
Container permission: PublishSo we can set up conversion tracking and confirm it is firing correctly, without needing your developer every time.
- Sign in at tagmanager.google.com and open the container for your website.
- Click Admin at the top.
- In the Container column, click User Management.
- Click the + at the top right, then Add users.
- Paste our email. Under Container permissions, tick Publish, then click Invite.
Publish, not ReadRead only access lets us look but not change anything, which means every tracking fix has to come back to you. Publish is what lets us finish the job. It applies to this container only.
You are granting access to tools you own and continue to own. We cannot see your email, your files, or anything outside the specific tool you add us to, and you can remove our access at any time from the same screen you added it on.
Tell us when they are done
Reply to our email once you have added us, or just send us a message. We will confirm the access has landed our side and start setting up your tracking.
Stuck on any of them? Do not spend time fighting it. Message us and we will book a short screen share and do it together, which is almost always faster than working it out alone.
